Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using CoachRugby.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

CoachRugby.app is a tool for rugby coaches to manage teams, players, game day lineups, substitutions, scores and match reports. Features may change as we improve the app.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the coaches you invite to your setup.

Free trial

• New subscribers get a 30-day free trial, once per person.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically and your payment method is charged on day 31.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: CAD $25 per month, or CAD $175 per year, plus applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; your statement may show "LINK.COM*" with our business name.
• You can change plans at any time from the Subscription page. Price differences are prorated.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current trial or paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to record information about your players.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, including offline, but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
